At BookMyClick, we believe in transparent and respectful client relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings can be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
1. 📅 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To reschedule your shoot:
- Inform us at least 7 days prior to the shoot date.
- Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability and location feasibility.
- Only one-time rescheduling is allowed without additional charges.
- If you reschedule within 3 days of the shoot, an additional fee may be charged (based on location and photographer availability).
2. ❌ Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed:
- A non-refundable token amount is collected to block your slot and initiate pre-shoot preparations.
- If cancelled before 7 days, only the token amount will be retained.
- If cancelled within 7 days of the shoot, 50% of the total package amount will be retained to cover lost opportunity, planning efforts, and third-party costs.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered non-refundable.
3. 🔁 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following rare scenarios:
- If BookMyClick is unable to assign a photographer for your booked date (with no rescheduling option offered).
- If shoot is cancelled by BookMyClick due to internal reasons or emergencies.
In such cases:
- 100% refund of advance will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. 📷 Quality Satisfaction Clause
- If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of deliverables, we offer one round of minor revisions (editing only).
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with creative direction, poses, weather, or expressions unless it’s a major fault from our assigned photographer or editor.
5. 📩 How to Request Cancellation/Refund
All requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include your Name, Booking ID, and Reason for cancellation.
6. 📌 Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered (shoot completed or content delivered).
- Charges for special requests (props, locations, add-ons) are non-refundable once booked.
- We retain the right to modify this policy at any time, and it will be updated on our website accordingly.
