Welcome to BookMyClick (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. 📸 Services Overview
BookMyClick acts as a booking and customer acquisition platform for photography services.
We work with verified, high-quality photography partners to deliver professional pre-wedding and event-based photography.
You agree and acknowledge that:
- Photography and video services are delivered by our partner photographers.
- BookMyClick handles customer experience, coordination, creative briefing, and delivery expectations.
2. 📝 Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after a discussion and receipt of an advance token amount.
- Confirmation messages or emails will be shared once the booking is secured.
- Any remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed milestone (pre-shoot, shoot day, delivery).
3. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Clients must inform us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule a shoot.
- Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.
- Cancellation after booking confirmation may incur charges or non-refundable token amounts due to prior slot blocking and planning.
4. 📂 Deliverables & Timelines
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Cooperate in planning and outfit discussions (if applicable).
- Final deliverables will include edited photos, videos, AI-enhanced creative add-ons (as per selected package).
- Typical delivery time: 2–4 weeks from shoot date.
- Minor delays can occur due to weather, coordination, or technical issues — we aim to communicate proactively in such cases.
5. 🚫 Usage Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Reproduce or alter watermarked samples for personal use.
- Use our branding, assets, or platform identity for unauthorized purposes.
- Re-sell services from BookMyClick or our partner photographers.
6. 📜 Copyright & Usage Rights
- All final edited deliverables shared with the client can be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- BookMyClick reserves the right to showcase selected shots on our website or social media unless the client requests privacy in writing.
7. ⚠️ Liability & Limitations
- BookMyClick is not responsible for delays or missed shots due to:
- Client lateness
- Weather conditions
- Location restrictions
- Last-minute changes not informed to us
- We ensure best-in-class coordination and creative direction but do not guarantee exact replication of reference shots found online.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law
